01

Who is responsible for your data?

DATA YOGI, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS), registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 106 134 679, is the data controller. Its registered office is at 98 boulevard Richard Lenoir, 75011 Paris, France.

For any privacy request, write to namaste@datayogi.fr.

02

What data do we process?

  • Account: email address, nickname, first name and authentication identifiers.
  • Profile and onboarding: identity choices, responsibilities, birth information, occupation, relationship status, motivations, questionnaire answers and results.
  • Use of the app: Coldline practices, progress, optional notes and actions needed to operate the service.
  • Hotline and memory: messages, conversation history, observations and structured memories used to personalize future conversations.
  • Feedback and diagnostics: product feedback detected in messages, error reports and technical identifiers when diagnostics are enabled.
  • Public result sharing: nickname and the result snapshot you explicitly choose to share.
  • Website and waitlist: email address, consent record and security data produced by Cloudflare Turnstile.

03

Why do we use it?

  • To create and secure your account and provide the service you request.
  • To calculate your results and personalize Hotline, Coldline and the Data Yogi memory.
  • To save your progress, retrieve your conversations and let you share a result.
  • To answer support requests, prevent abuse and diagnose failures.
  • To send beta news only when you have joined the waitlist.

These uses are based, as applicable, on performance of the service, your request or consent, our legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in keeping Data Yogi secure and reliable.

04

AI and service providers

Some features use artificial intelligence. Selected context may be sent to our AI provider to generate a reply, classify information or build structured memory. AI output may be inaccurate and is not used to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you.

Data may be processed on our behalf by Supabase (authentication, database and backend), Mistral AI (AI processing), Sentry when enabled (technical diagnostics), o2switch (website hosting) and Cloudflare Turnstile (website security). Each provider receives only the information needed for its task and acts under its own contractual and security commitments.

Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on the safeguards required by applicable law.

05

Memory and conversations

Data Yogi forms a structured memory from information you provide in conversations, onboarding, practices and notes. It uses facts and relationships to retrieve relevant context for later conversations. Raw text prepared for memory extraction is scrubbed after consolidation where the product workflow provides for it. Conversation history remains available to you while your account is active unless you delete your account.

06

Public result links

A result is never published automatically. If you create a private share link, the public snapshot contains only your nickname, Super Archetype and dimension results. It excludes your email, civil name, birth information, motivations, raw answers, conversations and memory. The secret link expires after 30 days unless refreshed and can be revoked from the app at any time.

07

How long do we keep data?

  • Account, profile, results, app progress, conversations and structured memory: while your account is active, then deleted when the account is deleted, subject to temporary technical backups and legal retention duties.
  • Private result link: 30 days after creation or refresh, or earlier if revoked.
  • Waitlist email: until you withdraw or, at the latest, three years after our last contact.
  • Support correspondence and security records: only for the period necessary to handle the request, protect the service and meet legal obligations.

08

Your rights

Depending on the situation, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent for future processing. You can update personal details and delete your account directly in Settings.

Contact namaste@datayogi.fr. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL).

09

Age and changes

Data Yogi is intended for people aged 16 or older. We may update this policy as the service evolves. The current version and update date always appear on this page.
